Ive found taking an antihistamine every day helps me tremendously my rheumy is aware I take them and so are immunology and they’re fine with it. My rule of thumb is try it for a while and if it helps fantastic but if not then as they’re reasonably cheap and medics know about it then it’s easy to stop them. Get advice first though before you take them as they’re not for everyone. I find the fexofenadine much better than the cheaper antihistamines over the counter but that’s just me, I think that’s mainly due to additives. So ask, see and try and I hope they help or you find something that does.

Good evening Thank you for your message I'll give them a try as I've come out in six new round spots today when they come out they are so itchy and painful too.i put fucibet on them and that helps fade them. I'm awaiting to see a new rhematologist, but waiting lists around here are so long with the NHS. What meds do you take for sleeping Lupus?
