Neck pain

Hi everyone

I’ve had RA for 6 years and am on Imraldi, fingers crossed it’s doing the job - long may that last.

However, I’ve also developed OA in one of my knees and my neck.

My query is about pillows - the ones I’ve tried are really uncomfortable and I wondered if anyone had any ideas that might help

Thanks

I have tried various pillows but always go back to feather. I find that they can be shaped to support my head and neck in a way that all these fancy expensive 'memory' foam ones can't do. I have also tried wool, and those polyester and solid foam ones, but they are too homogeneous in shape. I like something that can be moulded to the way I want it when I want it.

Thank you. I totally agree about the memory foam ones. I will look at getting a feather one.

There was a fairly recent review of pillows for neck support in the Which magazine. You can look at it online or in a library. I bought the cheapest one (from John Lewis) and have found it's the best one I've ever had - there were more expensive ones too!

There was a recent post about this with lots of suggestions - if you put it in the search box you should get the thread.

Thank you. I’ll check out the previous messages. John Lewis not an option as I love in France. Life has its ups and downs 🤣
