Nodules

My elbows are looking deformed these days nodules on nodules and a small bone spur. Know lots of you get this in various joints , but wondered how you "treat" them if you bother to? Elbow wise I try not to put weight on them, main cause I think, but hard when trying to sit up in my bed. 🙄 Having replaced hips makes it harder for me to shuffle upright. 😊

There is a thingy that you can put under your mattress that will help you get up and out of bed. I am not sure if it is any good for you, but its the best i can come up with. Have you looked in Easylife booklet that can supply you with aids. Sorry i can't be much help otherwise.xxx

I have a bed cradle to keep the bedclothes off my legs, I can pull on that to pull myself upright. There are lso similar aids with a part that goes under the mattress and sticks up to pull on.
