A few like me have been told we are being changed over from Imraldi to Yuflyma and delivery changed from Sciensus to Homecare Pharmacy. Was just wondering if anyone has been changed over yet or heard from them. I've run out of Imraldi, Sciensus say they havnt got current prescription but will chase it up. Hospital says Sciensus have not requested prescription. Lord knows what's going on.

hi. Yes just received my first delivery from Healthnet Homecare. I spoke to my Rheumy nurse yesterday to ask about the change of company and it’s because Sciensus can’t get the prescriptions for Idacio 🤷‍♀️ it took several months from telling me i was being changed to actually getting any info from Homecare.

I got changed to health net, They send texts so late in the evening for the 2 hour delivery time last week it was after 11pm I always request a delivery after 2pm to ensure i am home....so they turned up at 10,30. Healthnet say they are not responsible but they are the ones using the delivery company. Hit and miss if i get my injections now, My neighbours work, both my local pharmacy and GP surgery declined to accept them for a few hours.

I have deliveries of RoActemra from Healthnet Homecare and they are very reliable and helpful. I phoned them this morning and got a delivery date changed to suit me and it was no problem at all. Far superior service to the one I had from Sciencus over a year ago.
