I have acids reflux and it is driving me crazy

Sorry you're suffering with this. Could be caused by meds...speak to your GP. They will run through possible causes, then possibly give you something like peptac or if you need it, omeprozol (which for me has been brilliant).

Look up Iquoro….. a device that really helps with reflux.It is now available on NHS.

That's nasty. I had this badly for some time. Do you notice if some foods make it worse? For me I discovered a heavy carb meal would set me off. Hope you find something to help.

Hi there I have the same and I am on Folic Acid once tablet a day and it works for me why not ask your Dr if you can have it.

I regularly have bad acid reflux too but hadn’t thought about it being a consequence of any medication I’m taking. Lansoprazole has been prescribed by my GP which helps, as does Gaviscon Extra but I’d like to find a solution that doesn’t involve medication. 🤷‍♀️

If you aren’t on any medication for it…..check with your GP…..there are many OTC treatments that help just as much as prescription meds…which I found completely useless.

speak to your gp. They can give you omeprazole which is a life changer😉

methotrexate and the steroids caused that for me , take omeprozole now which has sorted !
