Many people with rheumatoid arthritis suffer from pain every day. NRAS are working with researchers at Keele University to undertake two new studies to improve how pain is treated in people with rheumatoid arthritis and other types of inflammatory arthritis.

The first study involves people with inflammatory arthritis completing a short, one-off questionnaire about their pain and pain care. redcap.link/keele-pain-path...

The second study involves people with inflammatory arthritis answering questions using an online “Patient Portal” every week for 3 months to understand how often and why they take pain medicines.

Please use the links to learn more about the study via a short intro video youtu.be/wBkp7c_bNyY or/and visit our website nras.org.uk/2024/06/17/pain...

But you can't complete if no pain so its a study it appears that isn't looking at RA in its totality. I tried but my no pain was not an answer it wanted.

I think that it says above that the study is about treating pain rather than RA? 🤔

If its been set up for RA pain then surely its not looking at whole picture. It's misleading to assume that everyone with RA is in pain and could be misinforming any study into RA. Pain or not. I believe in these studies and a week or so ago agreed to DNA research study. A whole armful of blood as well as homework that is vital going forward but what is the purpose if its only about negative and if you read opening sentence it does say RA.
