Hi all. As many others on Abatacept will know we are swapping onto infusions due to shortages.
Lloyds called me on Monday evening regarding swapping & went through the usual personal questions then asked how many I had left at which point we lost the connection. They have not called me back as I expected they would. Should I just wait? Or should I call them? Not sure 🤔

Well depending on how quickly you’re going to run out of existing supplies you can either wait for them to call you back or if it makes you feel reassured, try calling them but good luck with that! First thing in the morning or just before they close their lines in the afternoon best times otherwise you’ll lose your mind listening to somebody bleating about how important your call is……..
