Hi folks, thank you Oldcrone for the toilet flush tip, does anyone have any tips about wringing cleaning clothes out, I don't want to give in yet, RA, and would like tips on using bathroom and kitchen cloths

Hi, with cleaning cloths I tend to wrap them around the tap, holding each end to twist, I find this a bit easier.

Hello , I tend to hang my clothes over the mixer tap to dry , but sometimes I just peg them on the line . I also have plenty so I can wash them in the washing machine or soak in bleach, We are all different. My freind uses paper towels and my cleaning lady.

It’s a real challenge to find out what works for you as we learn to live our lives with RA and often other conditions too. I use a tool to flush our toilets as I can’t push the buttons. The old style handles would have been easier I think. I use kitchen roll for cleaning the kitchen surfaces, with cleaning spray.
