Just a bit of a moan or rant but : does anyone else get worse pain in Winter - especially now at the end of the season in March
I’ve been dieting to lose weight which is a struggle at times but my knee and now my ankles are killing me to the point that I can hardy walk
I seem to have a spike in issues every March it seems and this year is the worst ever

No - mine seems to be worse in November....
I have been horrendous but mainly due to the fibro but RA keeps raising its head as well. Even hubby says we need a steady warm place to live in winter you always go down hill. I used to love winter
no word of a lie - this past week has been bad. Knees, ankles, Achilles Tendon, calf - I can’t wait for Summer.
Yes l agree with you, l find the first three months of the new year difficult and have the cold and rain. I am currently feeling get low and can't get out much due to spinal stenosis that has gone nuts. Also trying to loose weight.
Yes my aches have been worse this year especially my feet, but like you trying to lose weight so walk through it all. I think the continuous rain plays a part how we feel, as well as R A I have osteo in my feet which is cause of my pains. Roll on summer.🌞
Summer and the heat is the worst time for me. I love the cooler months. I guess we are all different.
I have often found I get worse in the winter...though more recently I have realised that my smaller joints are worse when it's cold, but my larger joints are worse when it's damp so these can flare with the humidity in summer too...so when it's cold and damp like today, I'm screwed as it's all bad! I still say roll on summer though 🌞
yes I do too it’s the bitter winds I think- even under 3 layers of clothing 😵
