Hi Luludean

Sorry to hear you have been struggling.

If you want to contact Arthritis Action then you can contact them on info@arthritisaction.org.uk and just send them the URL for your original post which is healthunlocked.com/nras/pos... - they will be able to read the original post.

Or of course you can call NRAS' helpline on 0800 298 7650 or email helpline@nras.org.uk if that helps. I will flag it to them now as well.

Many thanks

Stuart

Hello Luludean, I am a member of arthritis action plus a telephone volunteer and an ardent campaigner for changes to help arthritis sufferers. You can get on site to them merely by typing Their name Arthritis Action in your search bar but the info given by Stuart NRAS is the correct way to contact very helpful. In this cold weather the pain and misery seems to take over unfortunately as a sufferer myself I do appreciate how bad it can get and its difficult to get help or someone who appreciates what it is like. I hope my freinds at Arthritis Action can offer you some good help & advice.
