Adalimubab and leg pains

Has anyone else had leg pains when taking Idacio (Adalimubab)? I’ve been on this since January and am now almost completely pain free in my joints which is wonderful. However, over the last few months I have experienced pain in my lower legs and feet, particularly at night. The onset of the pain coincided with a horrible dose of Covid in the spring and there’s been some thought that it might be connected. I’ve had all sorts of blood tests but nothing has shown a possible cause of the pain. Rheumatology has suggested a change of meds but I’m reluctant to give up taking something which has done so much good to control my RA if my leg pain is unrelated.

Nope, don't have pains in my legs from adalimumab. Just from my spinal problems. And now from vasculitis which is enough to keep me awake despite the usual pain relief.

I would be inclined in your place to look for other reasons - I can't see any reason why the injections would work in that way to just give you pains in the legs. I know we look for connections to any medication, but it does seem an unlikely cause!

Thank you for your thoughts on this. I agree, it seems unlikely and I really don’t want it to be the cause but I thought it was worth asking. Back to the GP I think.
