Hi, Hope everyone is doing well, Its been a long time since I last posted.
Its coming up on 9 years now since I was diagnosed with RA, feels like a lifetime ago!
Just recently I have been experiencing what I can only describe as a feeling of popping / snapping in my sternoclavicular joint (only on the one side), looking in the mirror while extending / moving my arm horizontally and I can see an actual pop like motion and you can actually hear it.
I have been told in the past that I have hypermobility joints. I don't know if this is specifically RA related and if not who I would be best to approach this with, GP / Physio...?
Has anyone else experienced this? I wouldn't say there's much pain just more an uncomfortable-ness and a slight reluctance to use this arm as much.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
James
