Hi, Anybody have problems with Amgevita re raised serum Ferritin, cholesterol and now Crp and Esr!! Only been on for 2 months. I am on Methotrexate also but never had this issue particularly with Ferritin and Cholesterol. To see Gp this wk as levels going up significantly. RA nurse just says see Gp but feel they dont really know themselves. Messages left for RA pharmacist as she said to report any abnormalities. Feel no better re RA pain and stiffness yet.Feel a bit deflated as thought it would be a game changer. Know they say it can take 3 months but for my inflammation leveks to go up too!!

It doesn't seem likely on the face of it that this is related to the new biological -looks more like something else going on that needs investigation. You might need to stop, though, until it's sorted out, whether it's a flare or something else. Pester your GP and get them to consult with the Rheumatology.

Incidentally, I contacted the Rheum advice line at the suggestion of the GP and got told off - the GPs in this area have their own email advice line to do it direct apparently. It's quicker than me telling the specialist nurse, her telling the consultant and then telling me and back to the GP....So worth asking if they have the same?
