hello everybody, i have artrithic psoriasic, i m taken hiymoz 40 every two weeks.

Everything going good.

But now its 3,4 month that i have often rinhitis attack, especially at night i have problem with my nose that is very stuffy.

I asked at reuma, i told me that i thing to not correlate that to the artritis, neither a side effect of hyrimoz, becouse i dont have sign of other infection never ( never troath ilness, coff, fever, nothing) but just the rinhitis. I suppose can be allergic. But i didnt have nothing before the medecine, so im still not sure what i have to do. Anyone have experience with that? Any suggestion? Tanks a lot .

Have you tried taking antihistamines? I have ended up using a nose spray, dry eye drops plus Clarityn or some sort of own brand ceterezine.

I used to always sleep with the bedroom windows wide open but I’ve been waking up so blocked up I’ve stopped that too.

I never used to have any of those hay fever / allergy type things when I was younger but I’ve got an asthma inhaler and I get awful sinusitis now - so I’m taking antihistamines at the moment. I don’t think it’s got anything to do with my present meds. I blame it on my age.

I’ve also got a cheap facial sauna I bought from Argos I find that breathing in steam is good. Oh and try to drink plenty of water.

That’s very interesting as I am very stuffed up at night and also have psoriasic arthritis. I’m not taking any medication so I can’t blame that. I have a cool water diffuser that I run all night and it definitely helps ( also helps dry skin) my favourite oils for it are peppermint and lavender .

I'm having to take antihistamines for the first time ever! Apparently pollen is particularly bad this year - GP told me they're seeing far more people than usual with rhinitis problems.
