I began volunteering five or six years ago, which has enriched my life. Helping others is not just a good thing to do but rewarding in a way that is satisfying and very good for the soul, your well-being or whatever you wish to call it.

I now have new friends, new things to do and more knowledge of my RA at a pace I am happy with.

But the best thing of all is to have a new support group personally that understands.

Please find what you can do and do it; it is a win-win!
