High pressre weather

Yep I’m aching all over too. There doesn’t seem to be a good time of year for me cold and damp makes my bones ache and warmer weather with high pressure makes everything swell particularly my feet. The good bit is though that my swollen feet in the warmer weather has been the same since I was pregnant with my first daughter over 30 years ago so tend not to worry about it now but it’s no fun and at the start of my RA journey the sunshine used to help my mobility but no longer, I can’t persuade my husband that is the case though he runs around like a spring chicken and I’m just worn out and fatigued although my mood is improved.

Yes vonniesims I'm right there, hot sweaty, fingers like sausages and legs and feet like dead weights. It's a vicious circle because I struggle to exercise, but try to. I also have a burning sensation in legs feet and hands. Sending gentle hugs!💗
