Hello ! Just a quick question-how often should you have your blood monitored if you’re on Baricitinib ? Thank you !

your doctor will decide as no fixed interval as there are many variables.

at the start I had one a month for 3 months and now approx 4 months depends on what’s going on with me it seems or when they need to update my Sciensus script. So all down to you RA team .

It was monthly for my husband until lockdown, then 3mthly (and collect prescription from hosp at the same time.) Cholesterol may go up so rec. you get GP to check it.

you need to find out from your rheumy. Was monthly to start then 3 monthly thereafter. Occasional repeat test needed if they spot anything.

I’m monitored every 2-3 months anyway because I’m on mtx, but my rheumatologist didn’t mention regular blood tests with the Baricitinib.
