lm expecting my first delivery from Lloyds today, not heard anything, does anyone know how it works, do they phone before hand , been waiting all day for new bio drug! Be very grateful for any help ,

I hope it arrived. If not phone them and ask. You should also be narrowed down to a two hour time slot on the day.

thanks for your reply, l haven’t got a phone number yet, it will be my first delivery I’ll try and phone RA nurses tomorrow hopefully they will get back,

best option for you to contact your nurse helpline .Pharmacy team first will contact with you ti confirm about the delivery date ,normally two week ago to deliver and than send a text message 24hrs before delivery.Always have a busy phone line and I normally contact with nurse helpline .

They normally text you the night before with a two hour window. This is their number 0345 263 6123

they should ring you on first delivery and arrange nurse visit for injection training. You should also receive a text telling you the delivery day. Then the day before you get a time slot by text. If this has not happened then the fun begins, ring them to see if they have received anything from the hospital and then work backwards. Good luck, and keep calm, it can be very frustratin.

I get my meds delivered by Lloyds. I get a text the night before with a 2 hour delivery slot.

just to say thank u all for the advice regarding Lloyds delivery, finally got a delivery date for Monday, nurse coming on 3 May, looking forward but very anxious about starting new drug! Thanks once again for all your help. Kate x

I get a phonecall arranging delivery, followed by a text confirming the date, then a text the day before telling me the driver and approximate window for delivery.
