Up the wall

Climbing the wall with my legs and feet upstairs at tesco it's like having boiling bubbles in your back and legs. What a weird thing and my hip this morning was much worse. But you got to try and block it out. I don't know about you lot but I'm really new to this game and it might not get better so I might as well push on. 3 hrs sleep ain't doing no good eitherAlways feels like fibrous stuff after inflamation. And paracetamol only take the edge off.

If you aren't getting enough pain relief from paracetamol, then talk to your medical people about other pain relief - and for the inflammation?
