Pain in the hips/bottom

Hope this finds you as well as can be.

My main concern atm is pain in both hips which radiates around my bottom and legs.

I found this article informative but not particularly constructive for me. It doesn't tell me anything I didn't know, tbh, but I thought it might help some newbies so I thought I should post it.

Sciatica? It usually occurs on one side but can affect both I believe.

That's what I thought, but my consultant said not.

Bursitis 😔I had an injection in both of my hips - ouch!

Check your vitamin D blood levels, hips, bum and leg pain can sometimes be down to low vitamin D blood levels.
