Sjogrens

Hi, has anyone experienced the loss of taste in there food with Sjogrens ? Any feed back would be grateful x

yes much reduced taste buds though they do change a lot as we get older. However I can hardly taste anything now except for chilli ginger etc on the bad days! I don’t enjoy food as much now either.

Hi, yes. However, for me, as with everything else it flares. I have good days and not so good ones. Generally taste buds are weakened, strong flavours are needed to enjoy food. Mostly, food is bland to me.
