Have you had to leave your job because you are still waiting for first appointment to get diagnosed or because your waiting for a procedure/operation and can’t continue at work due to pain/disability?

If you have first-hand experience and would be willing to share your story on film for the BBC then we want to hear from you. You would need to be available for filming end of next week (17th – 21st Oct).
