yes, i follow a anti inflammatory diet if i stray ,my digestive system protests,

I do eat every now and then fish and chips, but i stay clear of processed food,or sugary stuff. I feel the best on lots of veg, fruit, some sourdough bread, fish, and a bit of chicken..

A big trigger for me is cheese.

Im not gluten free, but limit gluten.

I hav never realised that the diet has such a direct effect.

I use peppers in some dishes but that does not effect me.

I guess you have to create your own anti inflammatory diet.

Thank you all for sharing your experiences.

I've been on an anti inflammatory diet a while now and it's done wonders for my arthritis. I have alot less inflammation and pain than I did before. I eat anti inflammatory foods like celery, beetroot, carrots, goat's milk and goat's cheese etc and avoid processed foods like junk food, white bread, white rice etc and cow's milk etc.

I also take vitamins and minerals daily like krill and klamath lake algae supplements.

I exercise daily as well and keep a positive attitude. I wish you all the success with it.
