Unusually sensible article on ageing.

I have managed to stagger on into my 80’s & apart from the comments on sleep..I unknowingly seemed to follow the path the article mentioned……except for the sleeping.

A study proved that people who did the shift work job that I did…..only got on average 5 nights sleep a week. So I missed out on roughly over 27000hrs?

In fact …that seems to mean ….I can now fall asleep anywhere!

Guess I’ve got to live a heck of a lot longer to catch up?
