very itchy toes

my feet have been affected by ra and at the moment my toes are driving me crazy they itch so much I wake up in the night just wanting to tear my itchy skin off. Does anyone have advice about what I can do. I am on hydroxy and sulfa and Imraldi injection as well as blood pressure tabs and cholesterol tabs. I also am taking amitriptline while waiting for injection for slipped disc, when I reread my list of medications I feel like crying it’s ridiculous!!!

I feel very sorry for you , sounds like a severe attack of eczema or very itchy toes could be athletes foot. I think a trip to doctors is necessary . You can’t carry on with such distress

I often get itchy over joints that are about to flare up. If this is the case for you, then you may need a change in treatment to prevent future flares?

But keep in mind other causes of itching, like fungal infection or ezcema.
