Hi folks, thanks to all who replied to my book review recently. I've laughed at some of them and laughter does help many situations. Recently watched a remake episode of my favourite cop show 'Hawaii 50'. If Jack Lord had been buried he would be turning in his grave. It's so bad it's funny. Hoping to attend a taster yoga class and enrol if it goes ahead. Had bad days with pain and stiffness, meditation helps a little and also my exercise bike. No date for replacement knee surgery. Good health to all and am glad this website is here, it helps. Thank you.
