Is anyone else having trouble getting their prescription sent to Lloyd's Homcare from Hillington Hospitals Rhumatology Department. Apparently they are running a restricted service. And call 111 or your gp in an emergency . You can not leave a message on their answering service but send emails which they don't return.

I used to live in Hillingdon , for 30 years , I’m now in Bexhill on sea . I liked Hillingdon hospital, used to look at the fish pond with a cuppa from their cafe.

Im not sure Hillingdon will be your problem. I’m in Scotland, have had excellent service from Sciensus (healthcare at home) - but due to get new biologic from lloyds- they don’t answer the phone & when they do (if you wait about 40 minutes) say they haven’t received anything.So far, deeply unimpressed. Took them 5 weeks + to find out what I had been prescribed isn’t available - and only because I hounded them.
