Waiting for a call from DR 😣

Hey guys

Been on the lamprosole for two months now and they have done as repeat

This last week I still have pain in my side which is worse on and off it’s stopping me sleeping as cannot comfortable

Waiting for a call as worried I have some infection as it goes around to my back again from just above my waist On left hand side

I mean it may be a pulled muscle lugging that turkey around or stress related but the more anxious I get about it the worse it seems

They said to let my DR know if it continues with the lamprosole and I keep having the vomit back as well the past few day

I’ve rejoined slimming world as I know I’m well over weight and worrying it’s something to do with that 😩

Hopefully he will call today

Sorry for the post I’m just worried about everything currently ! I have these times and have to pull myself back out of worry wart mode lol

I just want it to go as it’s there all the time like a dull / burning ache

Anyway I have a nice quiet evening planned and a roast lamb for tomorrow xxx have a lovely evening everyone

I'm sorry to hear you're going through all that, how really miserable for you. I hope you get a call from the doctor soon and can get some help. I wish you all the best too for the New Year and hope it's a healthy, happy one for you. xx

The other possibility is I get a severe rib pain there which is costochondritis. I get steroids for it , its part of inflammation in the ribs due to RA sometimes . Ice packs are life savers too. Defo one to chat to doc or rheum team so painful.

Do you think the pain may be related to the lansaprole you are taking? I had a pain like this in my left side just above my waistline which turned out to be constipation. However I don't take lansaprole. If you look at the side effects leaflet one of them is being sick or vomiting. It's only a thought and you would need to ask your GP when he calls.

I had side-extending around to my back pain last spring for about a month before seeing my primary care doctor. He took an X-ray which showed nothing and referred me to a physical therapist. After about six sessions and doing the exercises at home, I was much improved and it gradually went away. Wish I could say the same for all my other aches and digestive issues. Lol.
