Anyone tried hemp oil gel for joint pain?

Has anyone tried hemp oil gel for pain relief? I had a phone consultation with the rheumy nurse today and she suggested it might help to rub in to sore hands. Apparently it doesn't contain medication, it's a natural product. At this point my hands are so sore I will try anything.

She did say lots of RA patients are having disease flares after Pfizer vaccine, and I have had 3 now!!😂. She offered me a depo jab next week so hopefully that will help too, and a referral to the hand therapist, so largely a positive appointment thankfully.

My sister bought me a tub of Hemp cream last year. I have used it a little it’s ok but I don’t like the funny muddy colour ,

Hi, I have never used hemp oil, but i use a hemp moisturiser for my feet, hands and body. It's very good like this but i've never heard of using hemp oil for sore hands. I might try it myself and see. I love the smell of the hemp moisturisers, a lot of people i've come across don't like the it, but i've never been one for highly perfumed creams etc.

Is this like CBD cream? I tried that on Shingles after the scabs healed and it was vile. Within about 10 minutes I could taste it and it really is awful. But frankly its worth a go if it doesn't work then at least you've tried.

Don't really know what it is. I wonder why you could taste it if you rubbed it on. Quite honestly my hands are so sore I will try anything they recommend. I plan to get the hot wax bath out this evening to see if it helps. At the moment I can't even wear my compression gloves because the whole hand is tender😔.

I do use muscle balm extra CBD I use it on my shoulders and other joints .it certainly works for me if its real or physocological I do not know to be honest .But it works .

I assume this is like cbd cream? I got some from a local shop and I find it really soothing. Not a magical cure but it does make things that bit better. I hate the way pain killers make me head fuzzy for days. Cbd suits me better.
