Right now my hairdresser has me on Viviscal. I bought the shampoo and conditioner. She says it's working for her. I've been on a short time so can't really give it review. But I'm giving it a try!

Update: found it. I think I’ll stick with my Diatomaceous Earth, great for nails and hair.

I've been taking the viviscal tablets for the last 6 months. My hair has definitely stopped falling out at such a dramatic rate as it did, and it seems to be less dry and fragile. I've also switched hair dyes to a semi-permanent one with less chemicals. For shampoo and conditioner I use Aveda products. I'm not back to where I was a year ago, but everything I'm doing seems to be slowly working!

I have used Plantur 39 shampoo and conditioner for about a year now, it’s quite expensive but definitely does the job for me.
