Oral steroids took 4 years to come off. Waiting to see if l can have a steroid injection, so I would really appreciate any advice about different pain killers. Thanks Kate.

Ps I can’t tolerate codeine or morphine but nefopam is OK. Prescription only. Well done for getting off oral steroids btw
