So many symptoms, is this to be expected with Sjögren’s?

I have Sjögren’s. I was recently diagnosed with having lacunar strokes, anemia (my hair color is changing plus falling out). I received an iron infusion last week, haven’t noticed any changes yet. Been falling down at least once a week. Can only walk half a block, then must sit down, to catch my breath. I also have a rash that itches like crazy, looks like a heat rash. Scratch till it bleeds. Is this to be expected with Sjögren’s?

Have you spoken to your rheumy team? I don’t. have Sjogrens but I have been tested for it & talking to my Rheumatologist he didn’t mention balance problems…..do get a check up.

Thanks for your reply. I have been to many many different specialists, not my rheumatologist yet. I was hoping to go armed with all the tests/reports she may need… I’m hoping to get into pulmonologist next week… At times all this is unbearable!! Not to mention scary! 😵‍💫
