NRAS has been asked to find a group of volunteers living with RA to give their insight and feedback on a proposed eccentric strength training research project and the study design.
If you are someone living with RA, have been stable on your medications for at least 3 months and are able to perform resistance training and would like to volunteer to participate in an online focus group, please contact Naomie Bwalya naomie@nras.org.uk by 5pm on 30 June.
The online focus group will take place via Zoom on July 6th from 11am to 12.30pm. Thank you for your support.

I can respond only to your question about MTX. This is the only therapy I’ve used except Plaquenil since being diagnosed over 20 years ago. I’m sorry you’re having such a bad time with LEF. I take MTX Oral and have had no problems except LWBC periodically, so I take a brief hiatus and then go back on it again. Why not ask your Rheum to try MTX monotherapy and see how that’ll work?
