I use my iPad when I sign in to this group and the rotation gives me portrait only.

Now, I have a built in stand that lets me use my iPad hands free,but it only gives me

To lock iPad rotation, bottom of the screen to open this feature; on newer models, swipe down from the top right corner (toward the bottom left, e.g.).

Among the icons that will appear will be a padlock with a curved arrow around it. That's your "Rotation Lock." When it the lock and arrow are white on a charcoal gray background, screen rotation is unlocked; when they're orange on white, the screen is locked.

It’s the app that’s the problem not the rotation lock being on Deeb. The app is only useable in portrait mode, this is quite common for apps.

Oh ok I had not read it right yes some apps do that. My Mum though last week kept putting the lock on and it kept throwing her off what to do etc. She spent an hour just spinning the thing around till I got there!!! Made me laugh anyway!

Thanks for your reply. got it sorted now . And believe it or not, I only found out yesterday about that rotation icon from my son.
