Hello everyone. I have just had my biologics delivered and nurse is coming on Friday. Just a couple of questions.

What should my fridge be set on. I normally have it on 4. Is this OK?

What side effects have people had as I read it could cause dizziness!

I keep a fridge thermometer in the drawer with mine to keep a check on it. Keep between 2 and 8 degrees.

Your fridge temp is absolutely fine I myself was on this biological injection fortnightly it was superb for a period but unfortunately stopped working for me I’m now on Benepali weekly hope it works & easies your pain & flares x

You could double check this with the nurse on Friday? I started on Amgevita in January and it has worked really well for me, hope it does the trick for you too

Hi, I am on Amgevita and have mine in the fridge set at 4. When the nurse comes out they can check your fridge for you too.

I have been on Amgevita since the middle of March. It is certainly helping as I am slowly but surely tapering my steroids now. I hope that it works well for you too.

So sorry for such a late reply and think the nurse may have been out and hopefully you have had your first injection. The only side effect I had for a the first two injections was a bit of a headache but have no side effects at all now. Really hoping this is the case for you too. x

Hi I’m going to start amgevita next week as benipali was no good for me. Did you get any sort of heart palpitations on the amgevita I suffer with svt and I’m worried about this because one of the side effects is tachycardia. Thank you. Xx
