You may remember that I had to stop the Toci due to UTI. I waited until I had finished the 7 day course of antibiotics before I took my Toci which was 12 days after the previous one. I didn't think it would make a difference, but in the past couple of days I am starting to feel signs of RA demons inhabiting its old favourite area of my wrist, hands and elbows along with a little stiffness returning in my ankles. It took the 4th dose on Tuesday, and I am really hoping that I can now continue with it and these niggles go away again.

I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I was on toxilizumab it takes time to build up in your system it can take a few months with some people but it was the best biologic I tried I kept getting chest infections so had antibiotics for 7 days then to make sure the infection had cleared up was told to leave 7 days before starting again I did injections weekly at home it was the best one for me I have had to change now but it if you can get a few months on this you will see a difference I hope this helps good luck
