My first post! I'd be very interested to hear others' experience (especially over-65s) of taking Tofacitinib. I only managed 12 days before stopping taking it. Admittedly I was apprehensive, but I don't know if my reaction to the drug was side effects or anxiety - or both.

Tofacitinib
Hi,
I took tofacitinib for over a year with no major side effects, it just wasn’t effective enough against my RA 🤗X
Hello welcome here😍 , I'm on
TCZ ( tocizilumab).which has been marvellous. Hope you get the same help. Have you been on nras.org.uk loads of advice and tips there xxx
I've taken toficinitib since last July, a week or so ago I developed sinusitis which may be related to toficinitib, otherwise it helped me more than any med I have been on.
I’ve been taking Tofacitinib for over 2 years and it gave me my life back , we all react differently to these drugs , I tried 4 others before this ... never give up xxx
Thank you for your responses! Best wishes and stay safe.xx
I’m on tofacitinib (since April) and I have no life. Abdominal pain, diarrhoea, dizziness etc. I cannot take 2 tabs daily as it means I can’t get up so at least with one tablet I can get up but joints are not happy.
Got an appointment with rheummy consultant next week so hopefully I will come off. This is my 8th treatment in 2 years. Just want to find something that works
