Just give it a little more time , they will keep their eye on you and then maybe add something else , but as you say it’s better then it was so it is going the right way ... we all want instant relief , I know I did but it took a few months so just hang on in there it will get better , you’ll be ready for summer ☀️
It's quite normal for some to have morning stiffness, for around an hour, I've never got rid of that in 13 years but if it's continuing to could be you're due for a review & examination. Could be you're ready for a dose increase or a review of your meds. Are you prescribed an NSAID at all? That could help if not. Unfortunately fatigue is one thing it's not easy to manage & is very common. I still have it but am able to lie down in an afternoon when it hits me worst.
I empathise with your foot problems, they were the first place RD affected me & have never been what I would call back to normal. Does your Rheumy examine them at all? I ask as mine didn't for a couple of years, the reason given was because they're not included in the DAS 28 exam. Well that doesn't mean they no longer exist! It was only when I had nothing other of note to discuss my Rheumy examined them & she was very apologetic. At the time she diagnosed metatarsalgia but then I was referred to Podiatry & much more was diagnosed, I had quite a few problems which have been helped by things like custom made insoles & sorting suitably supportive footwear etc.
Are you due a telephone review with your Rheumy any time soon, or even better due to be seen at the clinic? If not it might be an idea to contact your nurses on the helpline, explain as you have here, they may offer to see you.
Sorry to hear your still in pain i would contact your rhumy team to let them know that its still painful, i had to as i started on methotrexate then changed to methoject but esr number still rising and the pain in both my knees was getting worse, hosp got me in a week later and i have an mri tomorrow with the plan of adding sulfasalazine to help then possibly steroids, I dont like to bother people and just plod along but i have learned that you have to make your voice heard and let them know your in pain, good luck

Hi, I would have a chat with your consultant and see what could be done. It mightbbe a good idea to inform yourself by reading about what is available on the NRAS website. Good luck.
