My pleasure - I’ve completely lost my mojo so it really spoke to me x

Thank you so much, can really identify with it, will try to stop giving myself a hard time for example when I have a lay in or leave washing my hair to another day.🥰

Not just for us, but for everybody. One day at the time, don't give up and be kind to ourselves and others is a very good philosophy. Thank you.

Treat people the way you would wish to be treated yourself, small or random acts of kindness make the world a better place and as you say one day at a time, don't give up and be kind to ourselves is so important too. Hope you are doing well after your op and send you some more warm supportive wishes xx
