My hands are going through severe swelling up and down this week. The ankles are trying to join in on the party and not happy as we are aiming to do a walk later but think it might be a bit too much for the ankles.
Never quite get why the hands get so bad and just ache in such a degree over a course of the day.
My hands look like they are trying to depict a view of a mountain range!

Mine look like that on a bad day .. resembles a puffer fish π .. looks like an off day for both of us..
Looks like mine when RA was misbehaving with a flare. My lead hand knuckles are still puffy from time to time with over use. Hope you can feel some relief soon and they calm down. My nurse used to say Iβd no proper valleys inbetween the mountains so youβre right there! x
Its always my right hand I loose the knuckles so no mountains ! keep the hands warm and mobile but no idea about ankles. I think best to try not to knock your hands as mine get super sensitive when the RA isn't controlled. Hopefully once back on the Benapali it'll go.
My knees ankles and feet do that lol ... but not lol π fun it is not. I like your analogy ... mountain range π I hope you can get on or back on some treatment asap π· or π whichever works π€π€ Iβm opting for the first tonight. Rarely drink but hey ho π₯°π
Hi Deeb2908. I use one of those copper infused arthritis gloves that you can buy from amazon everytime my hands swells and I find it very helpful in reducing the swelling. You may want to try it if you haven't done so. I also bought one for ankle and elbow which also helps when I have pain in those areas. Best wishes.
