Im having an operation tomorrow.. being admitted at 12 noon having general

anaesthetic so will be off line from 11.00am tue til thursday

up! and pigging last meal !can eat up til 8am and then water up til 12 noon,had a small quarter of quiche for brekkie left from yeterdays tea!!, going to have a cup of tea and some steroids and my other assorted meds....

yep now taken steroids.. they make eat strange things allways hungry!!, having porridge and rest of meds before my 8am food deadline.. then its just water...
