Baricitinib has arrived!!!’

Well after all the trouble getting this medication it finally arrived this morning. Read all the bumph took the tablet. Have real hopes for this one.

One hour later started to get facial tingling and itching 😤really hope this just teething problems. This has happened with both Hydroxychloroqine and sulfasalazine unfortunately both times an A&E job. Hubby has epi pens within arms length 🤬

Hip, hip, hooray. I found baricitinib to be useful, but I had a number of fungal and viral infections, changed to toficitinib, no more infections so far

Keeping everything crossed for you; good that hubby has epi pens at the ready but hopefully won't be needed.

Congratulations! It wasn't long ago that I was asking people here about it. Now after 6 weeks I can say it works for me too. I didn't have any problems with it yet. It didn't seem to work until around day 26. But now I am reducing steroids, I wonder how far I can go. Hope it works for you too!

Been on baricitinib for 18 months now and it has been life changing for me, even my many nodules on arms have disappeared. My Rheumatologist was taken by surprise by that, as was l. Wouldn’t want to be without it. Good Luck to you having a similar experience.
