Hi I have been taking this medication for about six weeks now. I feel so bloated and am putting on a lot of weight. Has anyone else experienced this and can you lose weight whilst on this medication. Just feel so bloated all the time.

I've been taking it for 18 months with no weight gain worth talking about in the first year. I've lost about 5lbs over the last 6 months but that's probably due to cutting out sugar in my tea.

That is good you have not gained weight. My stomach is hurting from being so bloated.

No bloating either. Might be a good idea to give your rheumy nurse a ring.

I am having exactly the same thing. My stomach is big, gassy and I’m starving all the time. I’ve been on 2 mg around 2 weeks now. Also extremely tired.

I have also gained around 3 pound in 1.5 months
