Duloxetine query

Hi All -

I commenced Duloxetine x3 weeks ago come next Fri. and I am

struggling with sleep.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I generally sleep well for the first 3-4 hrs and then wake

go to sleep wake go to sleep - last night I think I woke about x8.

My sleep seems really light.

I am normally a very good sleeper - might get up to the

toilet x1 -but have never experienced this.

I now take my med as soon as I rise at 6am - however it has

made very little difference.

I tried Valerian last night as I am over taking Valium.

What do you guys think?

That's a difficult query as both the medication and anxiety can cause this type of sleep disturbance.

It's worth discussing this with your medical team, and looking for non-pharmaceutical ways to reduce your anxiety levels too.
