Covid 19 and RA: Hi. I have tested positive for covid1... - NRAS
Covid 19 and RA
Very sorry to hear that, hopefully you get over it,take care xxx
I haven’t, not had my results back yet but I feel ok. Sorry to hear you've succumbed Lyn & hope things don't progress further than they have now. There are a few who members have been diagnosed, some have been more poorly than others. Maybe a quick search for diagnosed positive COVID-19 will bring up their posts until they respond.
So sorry to hear that. Hope you recover quickly. You may want to send a message to your Rheumy to let them know.
Oh dear lyns, I'm sorry to hear that, I hope it's only a mild dose that you have. All the best. x
So sorry to hear this Lyns, take care and sending my good wishes to you xx
Hi I tested positive last Monday I was told to stop all drugs I take Benepali methotrexate and sulfasalazine and to just take pain killers when required . I’ve been very lucky and seem to have had a mild case (so far) just waiting on sense of smell to return but apart from that feel best I have felt in a while very strange . Make sure you drink lots and get plenty of rest . Take care xx
That's good news for you nanawilson, I hope you continue to improve. x
I am so sorry to hear this. Really hoping it is a mild dose. Thinking of you x
Sorry to hear this.
Is the flare since stopping your meds or do you think that it's due to Covid?
Hope you feel better soon 💐
I hope you have a mild case and are on the mend soon 💐
Wishing you a speedy recovery 🤕🤗
Oh dear. Hope you only experience a mild case. It's bad enough feeling unwell from covid without the flare too. Wishing you a safe snd speedy recovery 🙂

Thank guys been in bed mostly. So tired. When I have managed to get up I have been dizzy and short of breath just going to the bathroom. It's a strange thing!!.
If you have rheumatoid arthritis (RA), you’re more likely to get certain infections. That means you may have a higher chance of getting COVID-19. If you do get sick, your symptoms could be more serious than someone who doesn’t have RA. Some medicines you take might also make infections more likely.
