We are delighted to be joined by Tim Loughton MP, co-chair of the Mindfulness All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Friday 11 September at 4pm. The Mindfulness APPG is a cross-party group of MPs and Peers tasked with reviewing evidence, best practice & impact of the practice of mindfulness within a range of policy areas, and the mindfulness programme in the British Parliament has inspired similar initiatives in more 10 other national parliaments around the world.

NRAS Head of RA Services, Iain McNicol, and Policy & Comms Manager, Samuel Lawes, will speak with Tim about his work in this exciting area and the positive impact mindfulness can have in promoting emotional wellbeing in everyday life.
