Just taken delivery of a infrared sauna 10 days ago had 30 min a day and upto now it seems to be helping with my joints,I haven’t had to use gel yet.

I don’t know if there’s any research other then a small one undertaken in Norway. Photo of Lilly in our boarder.

Regards Mike

Photo of Lilly missing Mike. Will be interesting to see how you're getting on with the sauna a little down the line.

I bought one a few years ago and really enjoyed using it. I took it down and put it out in the garage when we had people staying with us last year and haven’t used it for a while.

I’m feeling particularly creaky at the moment and I’m wondering if it will help with the wrist that I broke in January - I ended up with CRPS and a painful and achy shoulder, I’m hopeful the FIR sauna will help.

My husband says he will get it out of the garage for me this week. Trouble is I think he thinks I’ll expect ‘his’ garage to be de-junked and tidied up at the same time - of course I will😉

Enjoy your sauna, it really comes into its own in the winter when it’s cold and horrid outside.

Hi I won’t be able to dismantle mine as it’s pretty solid ,it’s in our grand daughters bedroom which of course she isn’t using whilst I’m shielding, anyway her bed is still in the room. I’m setting it at 52c and staying in for 30Min.Im sure you will benefit by getting yours up and running.

Regards Mike

Sounds good. Mine is a portable one - it is intended to be packed up, I just hope we can get it back up together again. Looking forward to it.

That sounds really interesting and it's good to hear it's helping you. I will have to investigate and perhaps put one on my birthday/Christmas list

It’s quite - well, very - bulky and not exactly glamorous - I had it up in the dining room which we rarely use to eat, which was why I moved it out of the way when we had people to stay, but it does the job well and like I said - it was so lovely to sit in it and read a book on a cold winter’s day 😉

Goodness alone knows where it could go but worth considering. Thanks for the heads up
