Well it’s my pre op Tom at Nuffield I’m not looking forward to having the swabs done my surgery is Monday I presume if swabs come back ok getting really anxious now

It is worrying without covid but as Pippy says take one day at a time. Try not to stress as we know RA loves stress. Looking forward to you tell us how well it went x good luck

Good luck and a friend just had a partial mastectomy at local hospital she said it was great very safe, no huge numbers of people in corridors and beds were reduced in bays to 4 instead of 6. So best of luck and let us know how you get on. xx

Don't worry about the swabs, it is really not that bad. The nose ones feel a bit itchy but nothing bad. Good luck, I hope it all goes smoothly and you recover quickly.

Hope all goes well. I’ve just come out after 5 nights in for lung surgery. The hospital was quiet, spotless and the staff were fantastic. I’m sure you’ll be well looked after! Good luck. Try not to worry xx
