Got up and swore at RA

Have to admit woke up with the MTX hangover and did a go away RA well not that polite even hubby checked I had not got Tourette’s.

However spent day chilling , being in the warmth of the sun and looking at Makaton which my old work place are doing online to keep

Our minds busy.

Feel better soon , do wear sun cream some of our meds make us more prone to sunburn , just to add to your sweary words lol 😂

I did say this to hubby need sun cream as I had a memory of this discussion pre MTX

Defo suncream. Not so bad when you just start methotrexate ( knowing you it will be an exception 😁) but last year after 3 years even with suncream only had to step outside horrible pin prick rash deep red in colour and lasted for weeks. RD keeps on giving....wish it was more selfish and keep these gifts 🥺really fallen out with RD at the moment

I hear what you say about the sun and I'm afraid having Lupus and Occipital Nerve Neuralgia in my scalp while I love the sun, it's shade bathing or look from window bathing for me as my skin in particular face and scalp are sensitive and it's not worth the pain and like you get a very deep, hot burning rash to my scalp, cheeks and more recently forehead. Yes I'm with you on RD and the gifts it keeps giving and while I'm never ungrateful for any gifts I receive, these gifts I would certainly like to return to sender or ask for a healthier exchange! Take care x
