That is the pattern that CAMC hospitals in WV, USA, asked volunteers to sew for their staff; not suitable for nurses, respiratory therapists etc but there were no masks to supply them with.

Great shaped pattern for the rest of us who are only going out to get groceries or exercise. I like that it has size options.

These masks look like they haven’t been made for protection but for embellishment the outfit. I don’t understand people who take this situation as a funny one. In fact we can use medical material and follow the steps on the link. I believe in the end we will get a qualitative and protective mask. The only thing which I have doubts about is the sewing machine. I would like to buy the best embroidery machine for home business from sewingmachinebuffs.com/best... and start sewing according to the instruction. If someone tried to sew masks following the patterns on the link let me know if the results were satisfactory. Thanks

They obviously are not medical grade but in my opinion can give some sort of protection for just leaving the house for exercise or to go shopping. Even if just to ease some anxiety.
